    5. How to make a classic Banoffee Pie:

  • Preheat the oven at 200 degrees Celsius.
  • Pour 1 tin (400g) of Condensed milk into a baking dish glass and cover it with aluminum foil.

  • After covering the baking dish with foil, place the baking dish glass which should be a larger dish glass than the baking dish and fill half of the larger dish with hot water.
  • Place the dish glass in the oven and let it cook in the oven for 60 mins at 200 degrees Celsius.
  • Keep checking the water level in the larger dish glass and keep refilling if needed.

  • Add 14 crunchy graham crackers and 6 tablespoons of melted unsalted butter into a food processor and churn it till the crackers become ground and the mixture looks like wet sand.
  • Grease a tart pan with a little butter.
  • Add the cracker and butter mixture into the tart pan and press it evenly to cover the entire pan.

  • Once the base is ready and the pan is covered with the cracker and butter mixture, keep it in the fridge for 1 hour 30 minutes.

  • Spread the condensed milk mixture evenly all over the pan, so that the entire cracker base is covered with it.
  • After doing this, keep the tart pan in the fridge for 4 hours and let it set.
