Health freaks are going crazy about not being able to hit the gyms for their workout sessions. But with the incoming of the lockdowns, the concept of online workout sessions has become more popular and many people have started to stay healthy by following those sessions daily. But here's the good news for all the gym and workout freaks, as gyms all over the country have started to open up. As things open up slowly and people start going out, there are still risks of coming into contact with someone infected.

1. Call the gym beforehand to get information about how well prepared they are and what all precautions they are taking for keeping their incoming costumers safe.

3. Go during off-peak hours to avoid coming in contact with a lot of people. Try finding timings to go to the gym when fewer people are present.

4. Wipe every equipment with disinfectant before using it. Cleaning every equipment before using it reduces the risk of the virus being spread. For example, if you are doing bench press to make sure you clean your bench with disinfectant for the next member.

5. Practice good hand hygiene by wash your hand after using each equipment and spraying the equipment you used by disinfectant and by keeping your hands off your face.

6. Try and maintain at least 6 feet of distance between you and the other members of the gym. It is better to come into contact with fewer people if possible and even if you do meet someone it is better to maintain a safe distance.

7. Make sure the gym has proper cleaning routines and is following every guideline issued by the government to keep its members safe.
