Virat Kohli becomes the fastest batsman to cross 9,000-run mark as a captain in just 159 innings. He is now the sixth player who has scored 9,000 runs in international cricket as captain.
Virat Kohli broke the record when he was batting at 22 aagainst Australia in Nagpur ODI match. He also completed his 50 half centuries, while playing in this match.
