Bad News For Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah Fans, Kavi Kumar Azad Aka Hansraj Hathi Passes Away

A very sad and heartbreaking news to the Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah Fans, Actor Kavi Kumar Azad, who is popularly known as Dr. Hansraj Hathi passed away today(on July 9).

The actor was not well for three days and was immediately rushed to the Hospital at Mira Road when he complained of discomfort. The actor suffered a cardiac arrest.

Taarak Mehta ka Ooltah Chashmah producer Asit Kumarr Modi said:

He was an amazing actor and a very positive person. He truly Loved the show and always came for the shoot even if he was not feeling well. He called today morning that he is not well and will not be able to come for shoot. And later we got the news that he passed away. We are all too numb to say anything.

Producer Asit Kumarr Modi also gives his condolence and tweeted:

Dr. Hansraj Hathi aka Kavi Kumar Azad was one of the best iconic actors on the show. TMKOC was the leading program and was making everyone happy since it's launch.
