To Save Aarey Colony, Shraddha Kapoor & Mumbaikers Form A Human Chain To Stop Tree Cutting.

Recently, Mumbai Metrorail Corporation Limited (MMRCL) gave a green signal to cut down more than 2600 trees in Aarey colony of Mumbai for metro car sheds. The decision to deforest the Aarey colony from the authorities have been opposed by people of Mumbai and even, many other Bollywood celebrities also came forward to raise their voice against the wrong decision.

Disha Patani, Vishal Dadlani, Dia Mirza, and Esha Gupta took to their respective social media accounts to raise their opinion. Today, Shraddha Kapoor joined the Mumbaikars to form the chain to save the mighty Arrey colony trees.

The approval by the authorities is so much criticized by the Mumbai people that today they formed a human chain to disapprove the decision and to rollback.
