After the Chandrayaan-2 launch, India will become the 4th nation to land on the moon after USA, Russia, and China. Chandrayaan 2 rover will land on the moon on September 6, 2019. The project Chandrayaan-2 cost around Rs. 948 crore and will explore the Lunar South Pole to search for water.
