If You Smell, Whether The NASA Congratulates ISRO Genuinely Or? Twitter Has Their Opinion.

After the Chandrayaan-2 launch, India will become the 4th nation to land on the moon after USA, Russia, and China. Chandrayaan 2 rover will land on the moon on September 6, 2019. The project Chandrayaan-2 cost around Rs. 948 crore and will explore the Lunar South Pole to search for water.

Many people from India and abroad congratulated the success of the launch and one of such tweet was from NASA.

But the tweet from NASA made Twitteratti confused, that whether the congratulation was for ISRO’s capabilities and achievement or was it about their own capabilities.
