How many times you have locked your iPhone??
Ok to be precise, for how many seconds you think your iPhone was far-fetched from you!
10 seconds? Maybe 1 minute!!
But this lady from China locked her iPhone for straight 47 years.
She was back home and what she saw was, her iPhone was locked for 25 million minutes(47 years if you calculate). Actually, the phone was locked by her kid. Her son tried the wrong passcode too many times and which eventually lead to locking of the iPhone for 47 years.
Without much wait she immediately rushed to the Shanghai Apple Store, where she was told that she got two options:
One of the technicians said that Earlier, he has seen devices that have been locked for more than 80 years.
I couldn't really wait for 47 years and tell my grandchild it was your father's mistake.
We all know Apple is damn serious about the privacy of its user, so their strict security system for the passcode is one of their great inventions. For every wrong password, the duration for the next attempt also increases and this might go up to 80 years.

Six failed attempts get you a 1-minute lockout. Seven gives you 5 minutes, eight gives 15, and nine 1 hour. After ten failed attempts, the system will either lock you out completely or erase your data, it all depends on your settings.
