Anand Mahindra got to know about this person through a WhatsApp message, by watching the picture, Anand Mahindra was so impressed that he even said that this man could teach marketing lessons to management students.

Anand Mahindra team finally found him, his name is Narsi Ram Ji who has his shoe repair stall in Haryana.
