It doesn't take much to attract things that pulls you down and gives you negative vibes, the easiest thing to do is to let it all go. Now, it comes up to you to take the first step and ease yourself out of bad habits, bad decisions, rusty job or a depressing lifestyle altogether. This independence day here is a reflective note on the things that people seriously need to let go.
How many of us feel like we need to gain or lose this extra fat but we are unable to do it and still continue to feel underconfident the way we are made? It's high time to stop obsessing over it and to do something about it.
This doesn't need a special day to happen. We can all take a breather from constantly trying to look perfect and end the tyrannical rule of the fashion behemoths:
Human is nothing without their own personal vices. Best way to approach them is by first accepting the fact that they exist in you and then to tackle them one at a time.
If you are the kind of a person who takes innate pleasure in denigrating a person behind their back with malicious intent you need to let it go. It does. Your soul doesn't need constant pulling down. It needs an optimistic vision towards life and a sense of a trust in yourself. It's easy to have zero faith in your life ventures but it's more hopeful to have an optimistic approach to life as it would only build you as a person. If you are steeped in pessimism best way is to let it go and gain independence from it.
It's so very easy to laze around by either binge watching some show or by doing something as unproductive as scrolling through your news feed on Instagram or Facebook. It's addictive because it is made that way and you can't stop doing it but that only contributes in missing out on real life. You are not able to explore yourself, you miss out on real life experiences and develop a serious case of couch potato existence.
It's understandable to have a certain amount of presence and liking towards social media. It is the best way to connect with like-minded people and share ideas. If social media takes each and every second of your life and you plan your life around it, you need to let it go. It's high time to restrict yourself to certain hours and to have a social life apart from that of Facebook.
This is an unwanted drama in the smooth sailing of your life and everybody needs to free themselves from the shackles of a toxic relationship that has no scope of ever straightening out. You might have a huge emotional attachment to it but you also need to understand that added emotional stress and trauma won't get you anywhere. So, if a relationship has gone sour you can try to amend it as best as you can but at the end of the day, you need to let it go.

It's the day of independence in our motherland and we all tend to have our own biases about who is so called patriotic and who anti-nationalist. We tend to take this staunch belief out in public spheres where we mercilessly bash anyone with an opinion that differs from ours. You need to stop this hate game once and for all and in the spirit of Indian unity take a more accepting outlook.
Yes, you need to stop conforming to everything that is popular, mainstream or conventional. You need to explore aspects that are less popular, intriguing and can make you develop a different perspective than the mainstream society.
How many times have we not been able to perform to the best of our ability and talent just because of this annoying phrase? The ‘people' are nothing but our deeply ingrained fears that swamps our mind and only hinders our personal growth. When we free our mind from this we will be able to learn and grow.

It is the most used word and definitely taken for granted by the majority of us. We know we all need to obtain this status in our lives and to do that it is imperative that we need to free ourselves from our state of dependency on our parents. We need to be self-sufficient financially and emotionally to survive in this society.
This might seem inconsequential but it as important as any other points mentioned above. We tend to do shopping, visit places and explore this world in groups. Nothing bad in that really but sometimes do stuff on your own as well. It's the best way to introspect without another person's opinion tainting your experience. It's how you develop individuality and gain freedom.
