With the huge fandom of PUBG in India, the government may lift the ban. Recently the Government of India banned 118 more Chinese applications and one of them was the most played and loved game PUBG.
Well, there seems to be good news that this loved gaming application PUBG might be back in India super soon. Banned by the government alleging that these applications were Prejudicial to the sovereignty, integrity, defense of India, and public order.
But in the latest developments, the PUBG corporation announced that the gaming mobile application will not be under the control of Tencent Games (which is a Chinese company in India, instead, the South Korean-company will take the full charge of all the subsidiaries). This means that soon the application will not be banned and will be available in many countries.

In a statement issued earlier by PUBG, they stated, "PUBG Corporation fully understands and respects the measures taken by the government as the privacy and security of player data is a top priority for the company. It hopes to work hand-in-hand with the Indian government to find a solution that will allow gamers to once again drop into the battlegrounds while being fully compliant with Indian laws and regulations. In the light of recent developments, PUBG Corporation has made the decision to no longer authorize the PUBG MOBILE franchise to Tencent Games in India. Moving forwards, PUBG Corporation will take on all publishing responsibilities within the country. As the company explores ways to provide its own PUBG experience for India in the near future, it is committed to doing so by sustaining a localized and healthy gameplay environment for its fans."
"Well PUBG is banned in India but it seems to be still available for many users because it is the mobile version. Originally created by South Korea this game gained popularity when the Chinese company Tencent Games bought a 1.5% stake in it.
The banning of this game lead to a backlash with the government because of it being so popular but while the PUBG gamers where sad many people also were happy to see this game get banned.
Now let's wait and see whether this game will again become available in India or not. Hoping that these PUBG players do get their game back and start gaming and do what they love the most.
