Netflix is probably all set to cut down their subscription prices so as to attract more viewers on their platform. As an experiment, they are taking this step to lure more customers to watch Netflix.

As of now, HotStar, Amazon Prime, Voot, JioTV or any other video streaming channels pricing is way cheaper than Netflix.

Netflix Chief Product Officer Gregory Peters said:

"We'll experiment with other pricing models not only for India but around the world that allow us to sort of broaden access by providing a pricing tier that sits below our current lowest tier".

In a road to attract more Indian audience, Netflix is not just cutting down its prices but is also developing Indian content which has larger chances of attracting more Indian audiences. Web series like Sacred Games and Ghoul has made a big impact on the Indian audiences shifting towards internet web series rather than "wohi saas bahu programs".

Not just that, Netflix may also add shows specifically for India in languages other than English and Hindi.

Netflix, please just roll out as minimum subscription charges as possible because we can't wait to binge watch our favorite shows and the other unreleased Indian web series as well.
