She has struggled a lot to make her name in TV and Bollywood industry. She had successfully registered herself under the renowned name of the TV industry and many producers and Directors want to work with her now.

In 2013, Naina Singh won the Femina's Most Stylish Diva title. Later in 2017, she participated in the MTV dating reality show Splitsvilla X. She won the show along with Baseer Ali.
