Jitendra Kumar's first role as an actor was in the year 2012 with TVF, a popular YouTube Channel. In that web series, he played the role of an overly sensitive corporate intern. It has been reported that initially the series was never released as TVF was reluctant because they took the feedback from the big names of the industry and they were not impressed with Jeetu's acting.

But after few months TVF planned to upload it on YouTube and surprisingly, the video went viral amongst the netizens and his road to popularity started from then.
